Date Swirls Pie Crust

3x 5-Ounce Packages of Darious Cinnamon Date Swirls, crumbled 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

1 1/2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour

5 Tablespoons Butter, Melted 

Pie Filling

1x 15-Ounce Can Pumpkin Puree

1x 14-Ounce Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 Large Eggs

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (plus extra for topping, optional)

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Whipped Cream (optional)


Date Swirls Pie Crust

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

Place crumbled date swirls, granulated sugar, flour, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.

Mix to combine ingredients.

Spread out mixture in an un-greased 9" pie pan to form a pie crust.

Bake crust in oven for 10 minutes.

Let cool.

Pumpkin Pie Filling

Pre-heat oven to 425°F.

Place all pie filling ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F.

Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into pie comes out clean.

Cool on metal rack.

Add a generous dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
