Cinnamon Date Swirls Granola

Recommended Swirls Flavors - Cinnamon Date, Moroccan Spice


  • 1 cup Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 cup Melted Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
  • 2 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Crumbled Darious Cinnamon Date Swirls
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Roughly Chopped Raw Nuts (we used 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup pecans)
  • 2/3 Cup Raisins (or dried fruit of your choice)
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt



Granola Spill


  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.  Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the dates and oil to a food processor and blend until a creamy consistency.
  3. Mix together all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Add the date/oil mixture to the bowl and mix together to combine.
  5. Spread the granola out on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  7. The granola is ready when it is lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  9. Add it to your favorite yogurt or ice cream, top with milk and fresh berries or just snack right out of your hand. Yummy goodness!!!
