Baked Fish With Date Swirl Crust

Recommended Swirls Flavor:
Cinnamon Date, Moroccan Spice


2 Cups Darious Date Swirls, pulsed until finely ground

4 Pieces of Cod or Haddock

1/4 Cup Honey Mustard

Salt & Pepper to taste

Olive Oil for drizzling


Pre-heat oven to 350°.

Pulse the Date Swirls until a fine crumb and place on a large plate.

Line a baking sheet with foil and place a baking rack on top of the foil.

Spray the baking rack with cooking spray.

Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper and then brush both sides with the honey mustard.

Coat both sides of the fish with the ground Date Swirls and place the coated fish on top of the baking rack.

Drizzle olive oil over the tops of the coated fish.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes with a fork.
